Looking forward to some quality time with the whole family together under the same roof.

The year is almost done.

I always remember today as World AIDS Day.

So many beautiful people lost to this disease - hopefully we have it almost controlled now.

Now for fruit.

I took this in Vanuatu.

This is the fruit of a Cycad Palm. 

They are toxic to eat unless prepared a special way by the local people.

And - Chinese fruit - rockmelon and watermelon for sale on the street in Shanghai.

I bought this before I had my knees done.

BUT, I rode it last Sunday for an hour and now a week later I can still HARDLY WALK!
