My view today was of Kaelan - today is Tuesday - Boy day.

He played with his budgie Greenie, watched Charlie and Lola, helped Maureen pick the right chicken to go in the plastic Easter eggs AND played me Twinkle twinkle Little Star on the xylophone.

We had a nice day.

Aha I have just the one.

I took this one to show off my new Reebok Sneakers.

I have been looking for this style of Reebok for a number of years when I couldn't afford them.

I think it started back 40 years ago when I was living in Fiji.

I couldn't get them in this style to fit my feet.

Anyhow ... Look what I got last weekend at Second Hand Saturday in Kiama.

And for only $5.

AND - one shoe was brand new - never been worn - but that's another story!

So many butterflies - I think they are Monarchs?

I have seen them swarming on TV in Nature programs.

I think it's magic ...... 

More of a 'good feeling' magic rather than a 'clever, slight of hand' type magic.

I'm helping the daughter of a friend with her major work for the HSC .... 

She's making a raggy quilt with a play gym so here's the prototype for the dangles .... 

It's got chip wrappers inside to make it crunch.

Hmmm let's see.

Here's a collage of a mistake I made when helping Lee with

her gardening a while ago.

I was very industrious in my pruning and the hydrangeas were very overgrown.

So I'm afraid I pruned the limb which held this Wattle bird nest.

Poor babies and poor Mum who couldn't understand what had happened 

to her nest and family.

It was a mistake but certainly not intended and it didn't end happily I'm afraid.

I will check next time before I let loose with the secateurs.

I'm a companion to my good friend Maureen and we enjoy travelling together.

my children and Steph to my friends.
